Returns & Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, products must be unused and unopened (for hygiene reasons, opened hair and beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty), in their original packaging with all seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

We cannot accept returns for: opened or used hair, beauty, or cosmetic products; items not in their original condition or packaging; gift cards; sale/discounted items marked “Final Sale”; products returned after the 14 day window.

Email support@naturhin.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions. Pack items securely and send them to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Once verified, we will cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank processing times may vary). If a refund seems late, please check with your bank first before contacting us.

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email support@naturhin.com.

You may cancel an order before it has shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/duty fees. These fees may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.
